Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Rosemary, freshly chopped
  • 1 tbsp Maldon salt
  • Zest of 1/2 a Lemon

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients in a mortar and crush
  2. Sprinkle the rosemary-lemon salt over roast potatoes and serve.
