Lemon Rosemary Salt
Sprinkle over roast poatatoes to elevate them to another level

- 1 tbsp Rosemary, freshly chopped
- 1 tbsp Maldon salt
- Zest of 1/2 a Lemon
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in a mortar and crush
- Sprinkle the rosemary-lemon salt over roast potatoes and serve.
