Ingredients

  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 115g button mushrooms
  • 30g butter
  • 115g white breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 level teaspoon grated lemon rind
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 egg or milk to bind

Instructions

  1. Cook onion and mushroom in butter
  2. Mix together with the other ingredients
  3. Use to stuff turkey or chicken breast
