AirFryer Salt & Pepper Chicken
Sticky, spiced air-fried chicken with peppers, chilli and a mild curry sauce kick.

Ingredients
- 500g chicken breast, cut into chunks
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 1/2 red chilli, sliced
- 1/2 green chilli, sliced
- 1 white onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 heaped tbsp cornflour
- 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 25g Kerala salt and pepper seasoning
- Salt
- Pepper
- 85g curry sauce powder (e.g. Mayflower brand)
Instructions
- Slice the chicken into even chunks and add to a bowl.
- Season with salt and pepper, then add the sesame oil and cornflour, and mix until the chicken is fully coated.
- Cook in the air fryer or oven for 16-20 minutes at 200°C until the chicken is cooked through.
- Fry the peppers and onion over a medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
- Add the garlic and chillies and cook for a further 5 minutes on a low heat.
- Stir the Kerala seasoning into the vegetables.
- Transfer the cooked chicken into the pan and mix through the sweet chilli sauce.
