Welsh Rarebit
Works well with French Onion Soup
Ingredients
- 125g gruyere cheese
- 125g cheddar cheese
- 1 egg yolk
- Few drops of Worchester sauce
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- 125g double cream
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients for the Welsh rarebit together, then spread evenly onto a piece of toasted bread.
