Works well with French Onion Soup

Snack Lunch

Ingredients

• 125g gruyere cheese
• 125g cheddar cheese
• 1 egg yolk
• Few drops of Worchester sauce
• Pinch of cayenne pepper
• 125g double cream

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients for the Welsh rarebit together, then spread evenly onto a piece of toasted bread.
