Ingredients
  • 80g medium-coarsely ground coffee
  • 800ml water
Instructions
  1. Combine the ground coffee and water in a large ziplock bag, pushing out as much air as possible before sealing.
  2. Cook in a sous vide water bath for 8-12 hours at 63-68°C.
  3. Strain the coffee through a metal or paper filter to remove the grounds.
  4. This is a concentrated brew, so there’s no need to dilute it - it’s particularly good served over ice.
