Pornstar Martini

A passionfruit and vanilla martini made with Passoã and vodka, traditionally served with a shot of prosecco.

Ingredients
  • 40ml Passoã
  • 30ml vodka
  • 10ml vanilla syrup
  • 15ml lime or lemon juice
  • Pulp of 1 fresh passionfruit
  • Ice
  • Prosecco, to serve (optional)
Instructions
  1. Add the Passoã, vodka, vanilla syrup, lime or lemon juice and passionfruit pulp to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake hard until well chilled.
  3. Double strain into a chilled martini glass.
  4. Serve with a chilled shot of prosecco on the side, if you like.
