Pomegranate Sauce
A delicious recipe for Pomegranate Sauce.
Ingredients
- 200ml pomegranate juice
- a star anise
- maple syrup 1 teaspoon
- flour + butter to thicken
- butter add at end to add shine
Instructions
- put pomegranate juice and star anise with maple syrup in a pomegranate
- reduce by half
- add flour and butter mixed together and stir into thicken
- add butter for sheen at the end
